Orders

When Will You Ship My Belt?

All our belts are made to order, following your design and specifications. The regular production time is 5 to 7 days, depending on the activity and major holidays. We make a point to send your belt no more than 10 days after you placed the order. Thank you for your patience as our workshop makes your belt.

Should you need your belt sooner or by a certain date, email us at info@sartoriasapone.com and we will try to accommodate.

Where Do You Ship?

We ship worldwide using Thai Post.

You can chose the service you prefer when placing an order, between: Parcel Post, EMS Package, EMS World One Price Box, International EMS-Package, International Parcel-Air or International Small Packet-Air. Delay varies from 1 to 21 days, depending on the service you selected and the destination. You will be prompted available options automatically.

Track and Trace system is available for EMS and international deliveries.

We recommend ordering more than one item to get the shipping prices down.

How Can I Pay For My Order?

We are using the Paypal payment gateway and we accept most cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) online. We do not accept checks or cash on delivery.

Are Your Belts Available In Stores?

As of today, our belts are only available online and not in stores. However, we are expanding rapidly. We will update the list of the stores where Sartoria Sapone is available when we have retailers.



Returns, Exchanges and Warranty

What Is Your Return Policy?

All our belts are made to order, following your design and specifications. Therefore they are not elegible for return. If you need alterations or have any question about your belt, please contact us by email at info@sartoriasapone.

Buckles and adornments may be returned, for up to 14 days after your purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

What Is Your Exchange Policy?

We cannot offer exchanges on custom sized belts and bands. However, buckles and adornments may be exchanged for other products, for up to 14 days after your purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the re-shipment costs.

What Is Your Warranty?

We guarantee the quality of our custom belts. We offer full return on products that are received damaged or with a defect. We will repair or replace them, depending on the issue. Our warranty does not include damage from normal wear, water or scratches.

Where Are Your Belts Made?

All our belts are made in our workshop in Bangkok, Thailand.

What Are Your Belts Made Of?

All our belts and bands are made of full grain leather from cow. The surface of full grain leather burnishes and beautifies with use. It is the best leather money can buy. We only select premium quality leather.

What Size Should I Buy?

We offer only custom sized belts. Please follow the guide to know how to order the right belt.

Can I Get My Belt Resized?

We cannot resize your belt if it is too small. If it is too big, please get in touch with us at info@sartoriasapone.com and we will organize a way to resize it.

What Is The Difference Between A Thin (1.2in) And A Wide (1.3in) Belt?

1.3 inches is the standard width for a formal man's belt and we offer 1.2 inches wide belts for men who prefer thinner bands. It is a matter of taste. For further information and fashion tips, read our belt guide.

Can I Use My Own Buckle?

Yes, you can. Just make sure the width of your buckle is the same as the width of our band.

Can You Copy One Of My Belts?

Unfortunately not, we offer custom belts but you can only customize the belts from our catalogue.

Can You Put A Name On My Belt?

Each of our belts comes with a complimentary monogram (up to 2 letters). Letters are heat stamped and will appear in the order they are written. The monogram is placed on the back of the belt, near the belt tip. Our machine is limited in charachters and we cannot print a full name yet.
